How to request deletion
To request deletion of your MarketFace account and associated app data, email us at support@[your-domain] from the Google account used to sign in to MarketFace.
Please include:
- Subject: MarketFace account deletion request
- The Google email address used with MarketFace
Data deleted
- Firebase account record where applicable
- MarketFace user profile / entitlement document
- Stored app settings, watchlist, portfolio, and alert data associated with your account, if stored on our backend / Firebase
Data retained
- Google Play purchase / subscription records managed by Google
- Records required for legal, fraud prevention, security, tax, or billing compliance
- Aggregated or anonymized diagnostics that cannot identify you
Processing time
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying account ownership.
Before you delete
- Cancelling a subscription on Google Play does not delete your account. If you also want your subscription stopped, cancel it in the Play Store first — see Support.
- Once your account data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Reinstalling the app will create a new, empty account.
